I would have bought other product if I was aware there was no easily available template. This should be a no-brainer for your marketing department to include templates for all your products. It actually is a selling point!!!

Purchased business cards but impossible to find the template.

Sorry to see you had trouble finding the template for item 78494. When you search the site using that item number, it shows both the item you purchased, and a 2nd item titled 'Template for 8.5 x 11 Business Cards', and that is a Microsoft Word template for the item.
